Great experience with a AC tune up. Fast friendly and reasonable service
Down to earth people and they tell you the truth and prices are always great !
I have used Mountainside for going on the second year now, and they're always great. Responsive, helpful, and explain everything without trying to upcharge or extort me like the bigger chains in the valley do repeatedly.
George did a super job and was very helpful dealing with repair requests from our buyer. Mountainside Admin was terrific in getting the required documentation to me within minutes.
Mountainside attempted to charge me $490 for a part that is available off the shelf for $125. When I asked management to explain they were not able to provide a credible answer for the extreme markup (because there is not a good answer). While some markup is understandable a 300% markup is ridiculous.
Routine maintenance turned into a small repair as well. As always excellent service, detailed and thorough all while being friendly! Always recommend!
I have used Mountainside Air as my go to for HVAC inspections every year since the purchase of my home in 2021. I had them out Friday 3/14 to perform the annual inspection and the tech found no major issues. I woke up 4 days later to a hot home with no AC. Imagining the worst, I called Mountainside Air and explained…
Very informative and pleasant technician who explained everything in detail. Will definitely use again.
Excellent service, as timely arrival and explained everything.

As always, this company continues to provide amazing service and very wonderful techs!!!
Great service that you can trust. Let's be honest, here in the valley we have so many companies from mom and pop to mom and pop companies that have become enterprise and frankly, some take advantage of you. Just part of it here in the desert. With Mountainside and this technician in particular, never felt pressured…
Christian did my HVAC maintenance today (6.5.26) and he was super knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. He let me know what I needed, even though it wasn't great news, but I kind of expected it since the unit's over 40 years old. He even showed me photos and videos. I totally recommend Mountainside Cooling and Heating!…

Very helpful and professional visit. Thank you Cristian!
Had a new AC installed this past spring with Mountainside. At first there was sticker shock, after checking around, the price was in the ballpark. In past summers I would have electric bills anywhere from $100-150 per month and I have solar panels. Since Mountainside installed the new Trane AC this spring I never…
Very informative! Customer service is amazing! Great pricing! We went with the preventative maintenance plan spring and fall check up. They actually clean your unit during a visit.

I have been in my house for less than a year and I had lost the cool air from my HVAC system. I called Mountainside and a repairman arrived the same day on schedule. He was courteous and diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. He showed me basic filter maintenance to perform that will keep the problem from recurring.
Cristian was the Mountainside Air technician who recently serviced our two AC units. For us, he checked all the boxes: He arrived on time, was thorough and honest in his analysis, was clear on explaining specific areas of concern, and performed the maintenance flawlessly. We were late in scheduling our AC…

Tom and Steve are on top of their game. They have put together a top-notch team. Very responsive and quick to schedule every time we need their help. I highly recommend Mountainside Air to anyone!
Been using mountainside as my sole HVAC contact since buying my house in 2018, they have installed a new AC on my house and even in a yearly check up their techs are constantly looking for ways to ensure your system is running efficiently. As long as I live in Arizona, I will use Mountainside for my HVAC needs, no reason to go to anyone else.
Very responsive, even on Sunday. Prompt, professional, and economical. They take a personaI interest in solving any a/c issues. I will use Mountainside Air for all future HVAC needs. I highly recommend them.
Tom and Mountainside air installed my new AC unit. As a landlord I was in a time crunch to get a new unit in. I reached out to a few different companies.
