bug issue is worse after they started and they ignore you . I pay 159 and i have ants crawling into my house inside of my brick .

My technician and his partner were very kind and professional. They were very thorough in their service and gave good explanation on everything they completed.

Not much to say which is a good thing - no service issues

So far the experience has been great!

Super professional, immediately spotted our issues , let us know they caught it super early and gave solutions. Took into consideration that I have young kids and a dog, and made the solutions work for that as well.

Brandon was very nice to the point and clear in selling the service. Prompt attention to initial treatment, even tho weather was an issue that they paid attention to…so had to delay a few days only due to thunder storms! So far great service! Good communication!

Jay was very explicative as to what would be covered, the time frames as to when treatments would be most effective and what to expect as the treatments proceeded.

I have had it sprayed twice and both times the have come late. I work so I get up very early and go to bed very early like 7 pm and both times it's been after that. And they haven't gotten the second floor yet. Not sure what there spraying but no more than what they do it's overpriced. When they signed me up they made it sound alot better.

We’ve been using Moxie for several years now and they have been phenomenal! We always see a difference in bugs when they service the lot. And they’ve helped us with mice as well. They’re always willing to come out quickly when a new problem pops up.

Moxie has been a great partner in our pest control. Richard L. was professional, listened and adapted to our needs. They even solved a massive clover mite problem that has plagued many in our neighborhood. And we are still going strong with no sitings!

If I could give less than one star I would. They showed up pressured me into signing a contract. Then they showed up several times without product. I was pleasantly surprised to arrive home to see that Xander was our pest technician. He is very thorough with the treatments and always kind. I have used Moxie’s quarterly services for several years in Virginia and know at my home in Indiana. I’ve never had any concerns. They’re reasonable priced and flexible with scheduling. Update: another visit from Moxie. Mikhail was the technician today and he was so kind, listened to my concerns. He was very thorough and respectful of the space. Got along well with my dog, too. Alejandro V was very polite and professional. Made sure I was satisfied with the service before leaving and was generally very helpful.

Can’t say enough about Anthony. He communicates well. On time, and does a thorough job. I was plagued by ticks, chiggers, and fleas in the yard this past spring. Moxie came along and I now do not have those problems.
