They came out I still had bugs after a couples weeks they offered me a free service of what I previously received when I called to cancel my services so I thought okay maybe that second service will make a difference and they came out and charged me $275 for the free service they offered. We have noticed a significant drop in pests - spiders, ants, mice, etc. Our most recent interaction was very positive. He followed our requests. We’d have him back anytime to do the work.

Took care of all I had concerns about. Like that they text in advance and you can text them as well if you’re not going to be home.

Newer customer of Moxie but I really like that I am sent photos of the work that was completed. They also call and text before (a few days and then right before).

bug issue is worse after they started and they ignore you . I pay 159 and i have ants crawling into my house inside of my brick .

My technician and his partner were very kind and professional. They were very thorough in their service and gave good explanation on everything they completed.

Not much to say which is a good thing - no service issues

So far the experience has been great!

Super professional, immediately spotted our issues , let us know they caught it super early and gave solutions. Took into consideration that I have young kids and a dog, and made the solutions work for that as well.

Brandon was very nice to the point and clear in selling the service. Prompt attention to initial treatment, even tho weather was an issue that they paid attention to…so had to delay a few days only due to thunder storms! So far great service! Good communication!

Jay was very explicative as to what would be covered, the time frames as to when treatments would be most effective and what to expect as the treatments proceeded.

I have had it sprayed twice and both times the have come late. I work so I get up very early and go to bed very early like 7 pm and both times it's been after that. And they haven't gotten the second floor yet. Not sure what there spraying but no more than what they do it's overpriced. When they signed me up they made it sound alot better.

We’ve been using Moxie for several years now and they have been phenomenal! We always see a difference in bugs when they service the lot. And they’ve helped us with mice as well. They’re always willing to come out quickly when a new problem pops up.
