Brandon just left. Very nice and polite. Double checked that there are no pets and confirmed spray wouldn't hurt squirrels and birds. He's not a fan of spiders either, but likes killing them, which i appreciated. Confirmed next service in a month, can call for follow up in the meantime, if needed. No charge, which is nice.

Quality job

Josie was extremely friendly and efficient. She let me know everything she was doing and what to expect after she left. I got a text later that was supposed to have some pictures of her work attached to it, but the pictures weren't there. That's the only complaint I could have and it's really more of a note.

Robert was an example of a great employee. He came to our house introduced himself, informed me what he was doing and why it was beneficial for our property. He also noticed our vole problem and studied their trail system and moved the vole “black box” to a more appropriate place capturing the most active area of activity in the yard.

I wasn't home when he came, and it's quite cold these days, but he left a detailed message of what he did, and it all sounds good. I'm assuming he did what was needed & i don't envy him because the weather makes the job unpleasant.
