Miles notified me before arriving and was on time. Before the application of products, he discussed what with me what he was going to apply and asked questions about any problematic issues that I might have regarding pests. Miles is very thorough in the services that he performs and we are very thankful that he is one of our technicians.

Always on time let you know before and after they have preformed the service.

Had additional bait box installed, yet still having same type of holes being borrowed down into mulch under office windows. Granular and dusting completed. Technichian was very professional.

Most of the guys sent out are not trained for what they are specifically sent out for and when they come out to spray they don’t follow the notes on the account

Always respectful of our surroundings. Alerted when they will service the area. Totally satisfied with what I pay for!!!

We have noticed a significant drop in pests - spiders, ants, mice, etc. Our most recent interaction was very positive. He followed our requests. We’d have him back anytime to do the work.

Sprayed for everything I asked for and haven't seen any pests. Extremely easy to work with.

Newer customer of Moxie but I really like that I am sent photos of the work that was completed. They also call and text before (a few days and then right before).

We've used Moxie for the past 4 or 5 years and have been extremely happy with their service! If we ever need them to come out for a re-treatment, they are just a call way! LOVE IT!

Had a spot that I didn’t want to get treated/affected due to monarch cocooning but the servicer either didn’t see the instruction or neglected to follow it. Text notifies of arrival and job completion were nice, just wish they would’ve followed what we sent to them for the treatment.

Thanks for your service. I noticed after the service there is definitely a slight aroma. Not bad though. You can tell there has been something done. Was not true with Greenix. Thanks again!

Good company and good value

Not much to say which is a good thing - no service issues

Jay was very explicative as to what would be covered, the time frames as to when treatments would be most effective and what to expect as the treatments proceeded.

Sarah was professional, paid attention to detail, attentive, and communicated well about my service and asked if I had any questions. She even took pics and showed me her work. She also took care of a nasty wasp nest. She did a great job!

I have had it sprayed twice and both times the have come late. I work so I get up very early and go to bed very early like 7 pm and both times it's been after that. And they haven't gotten the second floor yet. Not sure what there spraying but no more than what they do it's overpriced. When they signed me up they made it sound alot better.

We’ve been using Moxie for several years now and they have been phenomenal! We always see a difference in bugs when they service the lot. And they’ve helped us with mice as well. They’re always willing to come out quickly when a new problem pops up.

The guys that came out and did the work were great. My first service with them so hopefully it goes well and I stick with them.

Brandon L was great. Polite and sent pics to show me job done and gate was latched( I asked him to be sure to latch). I have not had spiders or mice using Moxie. I have been very happy.

Moxie is a great company who’s always on time and does an amazing job! Joshua is a professional and communicates well with us about what work he completed and asks us if we need anything.

We haven't been serviced for awhile and the same cobwebs have been on our porch since summer. I requested Mikhail to wait for me to get home at 3 to give him access to out buildings and interior of house. I received notice as I was pulling on our road that he had left. Service is never when we are home. I may have to locate a new provider.

Corey made recommendations for improving vole control and moved bait traps to areas with more exposure.

Cameron was very professional & explained the process well. He called as he was leaving Indy so gave me plenty of notice ahead for his arrival. I have 2 house dogs, he explained the importance of keeping them out until the spray dries, was genuine & very thorough.

No more rodents finally! Always get mice in the winter in the garage but they put out black boxes and I didn’t get any mice this year!

Switched to Moxie last year from Greenix, saved a ton of money, and the service has been similar to greenix if not better to be honest. Used the warranty call once for ants and they were gone quickly. I would recommend them to anyone!

The service guy was here when I got home & he got out & explained he just finished spraying & asked if we were happy with the service. I said absolutely then explained to him since we have a field behind our house that this year we’ve had issues with mice. He was very helpful & put a trap in our backyard. Hopefully it will help.
