They came out I still had bugs after a couples weeks they offered me a free service of what I previously received when I called to cancel my services so I thought okay maybe that second service will make a difference and they came out and charged me $275 for the free service they offered. Before the application of products, he discussed what with me what he was going to apply and asked questions about any problematic issues that I might have regarding pests. Miles is very thorough in the services that he performs and we are very thankful that he is one of our technicians.

I called last week stating I was seeing a lot of spiderwebs and spiders. So today he came to treat the spiders. When he left, I went around back to look at where I was seeing a lot of of the spiderwebs and they were still there below our pictures I took.

We have noticed a significant drop in pests - spiders, ants, mice, etc. Our most recent interaction was very positive. He followed our requests. We’d have him back anytime to do the work.
