I honestly have never been so impressed! I booked my appointment yesterday afternoon. They came this morning diagnosed my problem went and got the new part because they had it in stock on the other side of town. Installed it and completed everything in less than 2 1/2 hours! My dishwasher is not working and I am happy!!!
Good service, tech did a good job and was thorough and made sure every thing was working well. One year warranty a big plus.

Kevin was knowledgeable about the dishwasher and was able to get it running in 33 minutes. The down side is that Mr. Appliance charged $10 per minute for the repair.
My service guy Ben was super friendly, quick worker, and very knowledgable. Work and parts were cost effective, part came in a bit delayed, but was updated immediately.

Ben did an awesome job of diagnosing a persistent problem w/ a leak in our dishwasher. He ordered the part and was back to install as soon as it was available. I peppered him w/ questions I've always wondered about our dishwasher and he answered all thoroughly. Great, prompt service and brought a lot of background knowledge to the job

I called and was able to get repair person to my house the next day. Maya was prompt, professional and highly competent. She diagnosed the ptoblem. Part was ordered (unfortunately on back order) and when arrived, installed correctly. Kitchen cleaned up. Repair checked. Maya was terrific.
