Sat around waiting for my appointment today only to find out it had been cancelled. There was a typo in my phone number on my appointment form. They claim because they didn’t reach me on the incorrect phone number they cancelled the appointment. Apparently they can send an appointment confirmation via email but never communicate via email again, no attempt to reach out via email, no appointment cancellation via email. So I took the day off to wait around all afternoon for nothing. I was looking forward to finding a new company for appliance service, but it won’t be this one if they can’t handle basic customer communication.

Horrible experience. They completely mis-diagnosed my issue and told me my nearly new dryer had issues, quoted me $450 to fix it. I passed, since it was not worth spending that much, easier to just buy a new one. After i bought a new dryer, the same issue was happening.. The new dryer repair rep CORRECTLY diagnosed the issue, it was a blocked dryer vent. So, not only did i spend $129 for the useless "service fee", i threw away a perfectly good dryer based on their advice. I wouldn't recommend these clowns for anything.

Matt, we’re sorry for the frustration and expense this caused. During the visit, our technician tested several components, including the igniter, high-limit thermostat, thermal cutoff, exhaust thermistor, and gas valve coils, and recommended replacing the flame sensor and fully cleaning the inside of the dryer. We recommended repairing your existing dryer, not replacing it, and the diagnostic fee could have been credited toward the repair if you chose to move forward within 30 days. We’re glad we identified the issue, and we appreciate your feedback.
