Service was friendly, fast, competent and fairly priced!
I honestly have never been so impressed! I booked my appointment yesterday afternoon. They came this morning diagnosed my problem went and got the new part because they had it in stock on the other side of town. Installed it and completed everything in less than 2 1/2 hours! My dishwasher is not working and I am happy!!!
Good service, tech did a good job and was thorough and made sure every thing was working well. One year warranty a big plus.
Maya did a great job on our fridge! We are quite satisfied. She also came again to fix our dishwasher. She is professional, knowledgeable and smart. I have and will recommend Maya and Mr. Appliance to my neighbors and friends.

This is the 3rd time I've used this company and always ask for Dell. He exceeds expectations at every turn. The office staff and scheduling are also helpful and kept me informed on the status of my parts order.
Professional friendly knowledgeable
Brett was on time and polite. He fixed the problem. Showed me what had happened and how to fix it if it happens again. Wonderful service. Thank you

Alex was phenomenal- super professional and helpful! He was in and out and our dishwasher is working again. We’re going to call upon his expertise again soon! Thank you so much!
Kevin was knowledgeable about the dishwasher and was able to get it running in 33 minutes. The down side is that Mr. Appliance charged $10 per minute for the repair.
My service guy Ben was super friendly, quick worker, and very knowledgable. Work and parts were cost effective, part came in a bit delayed, but was updated immediately.
Ben was friendly, knowledgeable and got my dishwasher up and running in time for Thanksgiving.
Ben did an awesome job of diagnosing a persistent problem w/ a leak in our dishwasher. He ordered the part and was back to install as soon as it was available. I peppered him w/ questions I've always wondered about our dishwasher and he answered all thoroughly. Great, prompt service and brought a lot of background knowledge to the job
The technician was on time, professional, friendly and the repair didn’t take long.
The technician Maya was on time, clearly explained the problem and options. The repair was completed and successfully tested. She left her work space clean. I am very pleased w/service.
I called and was able to get repair person to my house the next day. Maya was prompt, professional and highly competent. She diagnosed the ptoblem. Part was ordered (unfortunately on back order) and when arrived, installed correctly. Kitchen cleaned up. Repair checked. Maya was terrific.
The technician was very knowledgable about the problem with my dishwasher. He was also timely for the appointment and very pleasant. Even though I didn’t have an issue with him, I thought the bill total was way too much for such a small part replacement.
Technician was awesome. she did everything perfect.
Maya Greene was great. On time and friendly. The problem we had was Friday evening, after Maya had done the repair that morning, the dishwasher started on its own and was showing an error message (LC - Leak). I called and got the answering service. They said I would get a call back. No one called back!! Then I had…

Prompt, professional, and they got the job done. It took a second visit due to needing to source a part, but that was no problem. Communication was clear and courteous. Dishwasher is now back in service as good as new. Would definitely use them again!
