Rusty had came out on the schedule date and pinpointed the problem which was the timer had gone bad and needed to be replaced..he placed the replacement part and was back on Friday to finish the work order... I didn't want our dryer to be the reason of apartment fire starting inside apartment complex by constantly running and not shutting off...
Called company on Tuesday and appt was set for the next day. Technician was on time, diagnosed the problem , left to get the part, was back within 30 minutes and finished the repair. No waiting for part to be shipped. Repair completed the same day. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance.
Timeframe was 12-2pm. Texted me around 11:15 they were on the way. Showed up 15 min early (I’m not complaining! It was great). Service was quick and clear. Our tech was extremely polite and explained exactly what the problem was in addition to telling us how he was going to fix it. And even though he had to drive to Pflugerville for the replacement part, he came back the same day to finish the repair.
Correctly stated the problem was a venting issue, not a problem with the dryer. Did a full inspection /service on my dryer. Found it to be working well, but referred me to a vent specialist. Dryer works beautifully now… clothes dry in one cycle, not two! Yay!
