They got the job done of fixing my refrigerator that wouldn't cool down. However, I wouldn't recommend them due to the very high pricing. My total bill was $360. The part, which was the thermometer, cost $117 so it was about $250 for an hour of labor. This is way overpriced in my opinion.

We have 30 days to decide if we want them to replace a freezer part or get a new refrigerator. Ours is 10 years old. I like that we weren't pressured to make a decision right away. Having a 30 day price guarantee on the replacement icemaker was a win for us. Very nice repairman.
