Came within the scheduled time; got a 10 minute heads up; was knowledgeable about the repair; fixed problem quickly.
By accident I was charged the full price before getting part or its installation. That said, I received a 20% coupon in my email to use with the repair but because I had , by accident paid in full, I was not able to use coupon, thus costing me a savings of over $100. Was told I could use next time but who wants another service call?

I absolutely loved the service I got from Mr Appliance. My fridge was leaking water and they quickly scheduled a visit. Maya arrived on time, is a great communicator and she fixed my fridge right there and then. She was professional yet friendly and even covered her shoes and cleaned up the area when she was done. I highly recommend her.

They were great! They called to see if I had availability the day before the appointment. I had tried another company and they had to reschedule 3 times. These guys are my new go to.
Nice, professional and very thorough
They got the job done of fixing my refrigerator that wouldn't cool down. However, I wouldn't recommend them due to the very high pricing. My total bill was $360. The part, which was the thermometer, cost $117 so it was about $250 for an hour of labor. This is way overpriced in my opinion.

Alex explained in detail the problem with the Samsung refrigerator and how to correct the problem. He discussed the cost of the repair and how soon it could be repaired. He was very professional during his visit. I will definitely request him in the future if a repair is needed.

Rusty listened to our description of problem and correctly diagnosed the fix, ordered and installed the part. So great to have the refrigerator working again. And so great not to buy a new one.
They checked out my dryer and refrigerator in the same visit. The technician diagnosed the problems, went and picked up the parts, and did the repairs on the same day. I was very happy with the service.
A bit more expensive than what I expected, $380 to change the blower of my fridge, they didn't have the part in stock, but it is an old fridge, it took a week for the part to arrive. But otherwise good professional service.
Will was very professional and did a excellent job in servicing our refrigerator. Will definitely ask for him if we need appliance services.
Quick appt and service
Scheduler was kind and efficient. She even followed up when I couldn’t select a date the first time she reached out (notified by property Mgmt of the refrigerator issue). Although there was a four-hour window of arrival, Ken the tech called when he was on the way. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Repair man couldn't have been nicer and more professional.
We have used this company for years. They do excellent work. Blake has been out twice now to replace our Kitchen Aid oven bulbs: he is very polite and super professional. Have also used them for washer and fridge repair. Highly recommend!
