Easy-peasy! Scheduling online was user-friendly and efficient. Response time and ability to choose the time was convenient. Reminder text messages kept me informed. Clint, the technician., was no nonsense, clear, concise and executed both the diagnosis and was also the final repairman. It was nice to have the…
Technician was prompt and arrived in the window that I was advised of. He was thorough and checking the unit out and other suggestions with the washing machine. Unfortunately, they have to order the part. No fault of his. He came back in two days with the items and fix the unit. I would highly recommend Mr. Platz
Quick response time! Very professional and gave a detailed explanation of everything they did and plan on doing to complete our oven, ice maker repairs. Will definitely use them for future appliance repairs.
I called for an appointment and expected it to take a few days. Someone was able to come that afternoon. They were on time and very professional.
Maya was very thorough at finding the problem with my oven door. She was able to adjust the problem and fix it. She is a great problem solver, and very personable. I liked that she put shoe coverings on before coming in. My floor had just been mopped.
Brett S. from Mr. Appliance was on time, very nice, and super professional. He diagnosed and fixed my oven quickly and completely. Would definitely recommend!

They were able to get a repairman to my house within a day of my request. The repairman was prompt and quickly identified the problem. He was able to get the replacement part and fix my oven the same day.
Brett arrived within the hour after my phone call to schedule. He went right to work and fixed my oven door handle within 15 minutes. He was professional and polite. Work was done efficiently. Oven door is now in great working condition. I will definitely call again for appliance repair.
I had an awful experience with Mr. Appliance. I called them to fix a gas leak, they diagnosed it as a busted regulator. It took them over a week to get back to me after my initial check in appointment, they didn't have the pieces they needed when they finally did arrive and I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment to…
We had had a strange problem w/ our DACOR Wall Oven, in which it would just “Turn On” & emit a sound of a loud fan. The Mr. Appliance Technician identified the problem (where others had failed), ordered the parts, bada-bing bada-boom — All Fixed!! Thank You!
