Technician was prompt and arrived in the window that I was advised of. He was thorough and checking the unit out and other suggestions with the washing machine. Unfortunately, they have to order the part. No fault of his. He came back in two days with the items and fix the unit. I would highly recommend Mr. Platz

They were able to get a repairman to my house within a day of my request. The repairman was prompt and quickly identified the problem. He was able to get the replacement part and fix my oven the same day.
Brett arrived within the hour after my phone call to schedule. He went right to work and fixed my oven door handle within 15 minutes. He was professional and polite. Work was done efficiently. Oven door is now in great working condition. I will definitely call again for appliance repair.
