Our washing machine was leaking. The technician diagnosed the problem, determined parts availability, gave us a quote and ordered the parts. He returned two days later, as expected, and replaced the defective parts. He cleaned up the water that leaked during his repair. We are happy to be able to wash clothes again

Rusty was able to change out the pressure switch on my washing machine in about 15 minutes. He was very professional and informative. I had to change my appointment time due to work, but it was easy because an actual human being answered the phone!!!
