I have used Mr. Appliance many times and I am always satisfied. They diagnose, and fix, the problem promptly and I never had to call them back. I have referred friends and everyone is as pleased as I am.
Julian addressed and solved issues a previous tech got wrong. Nice guy!
Mr Appliance came through again! Not surprised. We have used Mr. Appliance for decades and we have never been disappointed. We have had just about every appliance repaired. Today was an ignighter replacement on our gas oven. Arrived at 1200, done by 1230. Already had the part I needed. Techs were great as always!…
Terrible. It took 4 visits across 2 technicians and over a WEEK to resolve a simple issue with my dishwasher. The dishwasher was left with cosmetic damage, the sink was leaking after, and bottles of chemicals from under the sink were placed on my infant's sterilized bottle supplies. I reached out to report this to…
Easy to schedule and quick to get service. Thorough explanation of issue and options from repair to replacement provided. Tech was polite and personable. Pricing is reasonable.
After a poor experience with a rival firm, Kiley came out to diagnose the fault with my dishwasher and returned the same week with the required part. He is extremely thorough and professional. While at my house we discussed my fridge/freezer which broke a few weeks ago and the same rival firm offered no option but…
Kylie was an excellent technician. He was knowledgeable, professional, and an overall nice person. Never had a bad experience using Mr Appliance technicians.
The technicians repaired the icemaker and drain line on an older refrigerator-freezer; Tyler and Jeff did an excellent job, were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This was first experience with Mr Appliance and was excellent . I will call them for my next project. Also scheduling online was easy and…
Our problem was quickly identified, part ordered and repair completed with two short visits in 3days. Very pleased!
Called Mr Appliance out as I was looking to get my dishwasher fixed quickly and they were available to come out. Diagnosed the issue as a pump and needed to order it and reinstall it. Okay no issues. As the tech was i stalling g the pump he broke something else. That had to be ordered. Not great but stuff happens.…

From the first contact, to resolving our dishwasher issue, your team was outstanding! Kyle was so professional & capable. Great customer skills as well. I’d happily call you again and highly recommend you. A great experience. How often does one hear that about appliance service?!!
Great service, Julian was great and he got the job done extremely fast... I was shocked. Furthermore, the operations lady that I spoke with when calling to schedule the service was super sweet. I would recommend using these folks!

Chris from the Mr. Appliance team was very helpful, found solutions to our problems without leading us down a path to spending money unnecessarily. Great service, prompt and efficient, highly recommend.
Excellent service. Combination of knowledge of equipment and dedication to excellence .
The pump went out in my dishwasher and was throwing sparks. Timothy came out and correctly identified the issue in about ten minutes. This was important because I didn't have much time. I investigated the warranty process and it was parts only. The price worked out to be about the same but the warranty was much…
Jeff was prompt and professional. He diagnosed the issue, explained what needed to be done and performed the repair all very efficiently.
Jeff, the technician was very friendly and thorough, found the problem with dishwasher and fixed it.
This company is top-notch! Highly recommend them for all appliances. It had been stressful finding a service tech for my Cove dishwasher until Mr. appliance of Cary was recommended. Our service tech Julian was knowledgeable and did an excellent but more importantly timely job of repairing the dishwasher with the…
First time using Mr Appliance and they were very professional and provided great service. We had a 15+ year old Miele dishwasher, which several repair companies would not work on. Mr. Appliance diagnosed the problem correctly and completed the work in a timely fashion.
Communication and service were terrific!
Called and got a service call within the day or two and the service man was polite and checked everything out nicely and when the repair was done when the car came in, he was excellent. He cleaned everything up. He was neat and very helpful. This is the second time I’ve used them once for my refrigerator and I will continue using them

Took away a star for the administrative part. We kept…

Mr Appliance had to come out twice, first to diagnose the problem and then to fix it when part came in. For both times, repairmen were on time, neat, professional, and worked hard figure out and fix the problem.
Edwin called when he was 10 minutes from the house. He was friendly and professional and got right to work. He was training a colleague and they were both great. They had the dishwasher back working quickly and cleaned everything up afterwards. And the work is guaranteed for a year! Live this organization. From…
In both cases, refrigerator and dishwasher, Mr Appliance diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. Both were done at a reasonable price. We will continue to use this company in the future as our first call repair company.
I gave them 5 stars about 3 years ago but they've helped us out several times since. I feel I owe them an actual review. At this point nearly every appliance in our house would be in a landfill without them. One old dishwasher has been retired, but only because they did the honest thing and told me I was better off…
Paid $100 for diagnostic, but then having to pay another $420 repair for motor and sum pump on a 3 yr old dishwasher is highway robbery. I can buy a new dishwasher for that price! I fixed it myself for $200. Rip off!!!
Courteous, professional, and on time.
Julian was very professional and friendly. He knew exactly what he needed to be fixed. He ordered the part and returned to install it ASAP. Very good communication. Very happy with the service
Rarely, these days, do you encounter honest and hard working people. Kevin Mills with Mr. Appliance is one of them. Not only was he friendly and professional, he actually took time to find a hidden problem and fix it. He could have easily told me it was something else, or given up, leaving me to spend unnecessary…

Superb service. Very professional. Excellent value for money. I feel like I have a tend new appliance for a fraction of the cost.
Called about a broken dishwasher. James came out and did a thorough diagnosis of the problem. The diagnostic fee seemed very reasonable for the time/effort required and to have someone come out. After ordering a new part, Kevin came out and did the repair. The diagnostic fee was waived and now have a working…
The information about delivery times and personnel was exceptional, the quality of the repairs was great, and it was all very affordable. Highly recommend!

Very professional and did a great job!
When I called a real live person answered!! And told me exactly when someone would be here. Edwin called before he got here, was efficient, friendly, and professional. I have my dishwasher back.
Edwin called before coming and then showed up as scheduled He correctly identified the problem with our dishwasher. We needed a new water pump and he had one on his truck. We received same day service from Mr. Appliance by Keith the technician for our refrigerator/freezer. The diagnostics indicated we needed a new inverter board. Keith unfortunately did not have one on the truck. He contacted his colleague Jake who indicated he had one and Jake would be willing to service our repair…
I was very pleased with the work completed and everything seems to be fixed with the leak.
These days I always fear that the answer will be “it will be cheaper to buy a new one than it will be to fix it”. Mr Appliance fixed our 6 year old dishwasher for a very reasonable price!! Thank you!!
Gian was professional and very knowledgeable with appliances. He quickly determined the issue gave me a quote and was able to repair the dishwasher. He doubled checked everything while putting everything back. Very happy with the service!
Very good service. The technician was polite and courteous and efficient. Will recommend to all!
My technician is polite, hardworking and prompt. Will continue to call Mr Appliance if I have any other repairs.
Most professional prompt and courteous. Julian was our service repairman and he did an excellent job during covid . I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Call local office though...don’t go through hotline.
I used Mr Appliance to install a new dishwasher. The guys that were sent out did a great job! I've only used free services from the big box stores in the past, but these guys took the time to ensure the junction box was wired correctly, the water line was set up properly, and the drainage tube was run in a way so…
All went well
Gian was great!
Worst company ever! Beware!!! This company came out 4 times to repair the same appliances within 4 months. They said they were fixed. They weren't. Spent more time and money on their service calls than I would have if I just purchased a new appliance plus! Do NOT use this company!!!
repair on professionally timely. parts were expensive.
Travis was prompt, friendly, did the work quickly and kindly answered all of my questions. I will call Mr Appliance next time I need their services without a second thought.
Keith, our Mr. Appliance of Cary technician, was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to fix the majority of our issues in one visit. One issue required a new part which was available and installed within a week. We are very happy with the service we received.
