I'm so grateful to Micah from Mr. Appliance for fixing my dryer!! He was so friendly and quick and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed and fixed the issue like almost immediately and even vacuumed out my vent for me. Just overall a great experience! Will def use them in the future for any appliance issue!
I’ve used Mr Appliance multiple times, & received the same high level, on-time & knowledgeable service each time. Today Jeffery was the guy! He went above & beyond repairing & advising for things to look out for in the future. If we could request a service tech, I’d ask for him every time. 👍🏻 give them a call.

I scheduled online and had Jim come out at the very start of the window I was given. He was exceptionally nice, competent, and quick. He game in, diagnosed the issue in half an hour, provided a quote, went and picked up the part, and then repaired the dryer within 30 more minutes.
