Let us know when he was coming sent his picture and approximate arrival time. He was very careful removing trays from our refrigerator and moving it out from the wall.

On time, knowledgeable, good customer service
Mr. Appliance of Cary was easy and prompt to schedule. Edwin the technician explained the repairs, was upfront on the cost and what the next step would be. He steamed the freezer drip pan and line and on a separate freezer replaced the start relay and explained the cause and maintenance items. We will definitely schedule a repair again with them.
