Let us know when he was coming sent his picture and approximate arrival time. He was very careful removing trays from our refrigerator and moving it out from the wall.
I have used Mr. Appliance many times and I am always satisfied. They diagnose, and fix, the problem promptly and I never had to call them back. I have referred friends and everyone is as pleased as I am.
Friendly, Knowledgeable, and prompt.
We’ve used Mr Appliance a few times to fix our ice maker & dishwasher and every time they are professional and a pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommend.
On time, knowledgeable, good customer service
Mr. Appliance of Cary was easy and prompt to schedule. Edwin the technician explained the repairs, was upfront on the cost and what the next step would be. He steamed the freezer drip pan and line and on a separate freezer replaced the start relay and explained the cause and maintenance items. We will definitely schedule a repair again with them.
After a poor experience with a rival firm, Kiley came out to diagnose the fault with my dishwasher and returned the same week with the required part. He is extremely thorough and professional. While at my house we discussed my fridge/freezer which broke a few weeks ago and the same rival firm offered no option but…

Edwin is such a nice guy, and it was just an overall great experience. We will be calling mr appliance for any of our appliance repair needs, and requesting him. Thank you!
Edwin really great
I gave them 5 stars about 3 years ago but they've helped us out several times since. I feel I owe them an actual review. At this point nearly every appliance in our house would be in a landfill without them. One old dishwasher has been retired, but only because they did the honest thing and told me I was better off…
