Be very careful. Paid a $116 diagnostic fee. Then when I decided I didn’t want to pay $500 to fix my microwave they charged me a $50 cancellation fee.
This service is horrible. My microwave had door switch issue. Their technician came and during the fixing, blew the fuse, told me it's the appliance manager's problem, and quoted me for $600 to fix. I had my doubt and just paid for the $100 evaluation fee, which I think I should get a refund. Then I went on…
Excellent service from start to finish. We used them for repairs to our Microwave oven. Communication easy, personnel responsive and knowledgeable, costs reasonable. Highly recommended for any appliance repairs.
My 15 year old GE microwave oven had a clicking noise after use. It won't stop unless power is shut off completely. Tyler of Mr. Appliance did a great job in diagnose and fixing. It's not an easy problem, not obvious at all. I'm very happy with his work. Their guarantee/warrantee of the their fix is also very assuring.
