I really like how Mr. Appliance sent a text with info and a picture of the technician who will be servicing the issue. Julian was prompt and called me with his expected arrival. He was in and out in less than hour and I'm happy with his technical expertise and his customer service.
Jeff was great, very efficient, polite, and gave us tips to help avoid the problem in the future! Thanks
Our oven was broken over Thanksgiving and we debated buying a new one but the choices and the worry about fitting within the current trim work caused so much stress. We had Justin come out to assess the issue, he returned later to do the repair. We are very thankful we had a working oven just in time for Christmas. Thank you!
We had an issue where our gas oven would not light. Tim, our service technician ended up needing to order parts. Today he came to install the new board and everything now works as it should.. Tim is friendly, polite, efficient, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Tim and Mr. Appliance. Thank you for great service.
