Responsive, Timely & professional

Kiley fixed the freezer section not with a manual but with creative problem solving. He was very intuitive and would hope he’d be available to solve my next appliance problem.

These folks are so professional. Starting with the friendly office staff through to the well-trained service personnel, my refrigerator repairs were seamless. I had great communication throughout and will definitely call them for any future appliance repairs.

Julian was excellent and was able to locate a replacement ice maker and repair much sooner than expected. Great service!

I had no idea Mr. Appliance existed until very recently and so glad I found them! I made an appointment online, received a call the day before with my two hour window. The repairman arrived on time and quickly identified the problem with my refrigerator. The part was ordered and two weeks later it was taken care of. Very easy and professionally done.

The repair we'll observe if effective as need perhaps 24 hours or longer. Professional and replaced contents of fridge with care. Initial repairman was Ed and then Julian.

Mr. Appliance was very responsive in setting up appt and keeping us up to date on the expected time of our repair person. Kylie was professional and on time. My refrigerator was fixed in a timely manner.

Our second excellent experience with Mr Appliance. Our Samsung Refrigerator decided to stop making ice. Tried all suggested options manufacturer recommends, to no avail. Kiley our rep did the diagnostics and determined replacement of ice maker needed. Ordered part and returned to install.

My serviceman Jillian was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. You can count on him to solve your problem in a timely manner. I was 100% satisfied with Mr Appliance. Ida, who answered the phone was helpful and competent and friendly.

The repairmen did a great job fixing our Miele built-in refrigerator’s drip issue. They worked like surgeons to clear the clogged drain pipe which is buried behind many panels. Cost was very reasonable. They cleaned up after finishing.

Mr Appliance has the BEST service people of any company I have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable, skilled and just plain nice people. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. And I got an appointment within days of my non-emergent call.

Scheduling was quick and easy. The repair person, Julian, was personable and efficient. I was very pleased and would use them again. Work has a 1 year warranty.

When your freezer quits, getting it fixed fast is pretty much a top priority, and Mr Appliance handily met that requirement. And their guy got it diagnosed and working in just a couple of hours. Cool! (In a literal sense...)

I called Mr. Appliance of Cary when my fridge and freezer went out in my kitchen. What a nightmare! They were quick to get me scheduled for the following week AND THEN called me back to say they had an opening within 3 days. The technician was friendly and prompt, and replaced a part with ease. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your appliance needs.

If I could give TEN stars for customer service I would. Tyler spent 3 hours trying to diagnose a problem that was fixed a couple of years ago by a different company. Worst company ever! Beware!!! This company came out 4 times to repair the same appliances within 4 months. They said they were fixed. They weren't. Spent more time and money on their service calls than I would have if I just purchased a new appliance plus! Do NOT use this company!!!

Jake was very knowledgeable & professional. He called to give me an update on when he would be at my home, very considerate. He observed COVID mandates while repairing my appliance. I have used this company a number of times and have been very satisfied with their service. Julian, the repairman did an excellent job. Unfortunately it was the computer boards that went out on my washer and would be too expensive to replace them considering how old the washer is. I will be looking to buy a more basic less electronic washer to replace it.
