Mr. Appliance of Cary was easy and prompt to schedule. Edwin the technician explained the repairs, was upfront on the cost and what the next step would be. He steamed the freezer drip pan and line and on a separate freezer replaced the start relay and explained the cause and maintenance items. We will definitely schedule a repair again with them.
Excellent service! He explained exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it.
I received a next day appointment and Julian was courteous and thorough.
