Mr. Appliance of Cary was easy and prompt to schedule. Edwin the technician explained the repairs, was upfront on the cost and what the next step would be. He steamed the freezer drip pan and line and on a separate freezer replaced the start relay and explained the cause and maintenance items. We will definitely schedule a repair again with them.

Kiley was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired our refrigerator and made sure that everything was working properly before he left.
Appointment was scheduled for a specific time window, but there was no communication until the end of that window. I had to call multiple times for updates, and the front office response felt dismissive. Delays happen, but respecting the customer’s time matters. Based on this experience, I would not refer this service to others.
Our technician was friendly and thorough, and Mr. Appliance was able to schedule a specialized repair quickly. Our repair was covered under our warranty, and Mr. Appliance handled billing, etc with the manufacturer.

The repair man tried to repair my refrigerator - and even after putting in a part the refrigerator did not work. But he tried everything he could think of to try to fix it but in the end it was the compressor and not worth the month to repair. I would definitely use Mr. Appliance again for any repairs

Mr. Appliance repaired our Marvell brand wine cooler. We have had them out previously to repair other appliances and we continue to find their knowledge and workmanship to be highly commendable - we trust them. I think their fees are competitive and we have been happy to pay as we were given an estimate before we agreed to the work.
The guys did an absolutely awesome job! They spent the time to explain that the evaporator coil has a leak and must be replaced for the fridge to cool to the desired temp of 37 degrees F. They protected my floor and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.
