Measure of a company isn’t how they handle things when it’s smooth sailing, it’s what they do when in a rough patch. Our service tech was absolutely wonderful. A wrong part was ordered and instead of leaving me high and dry for another week he made some phone calls, put in some extra effort and got my oven fixed…
