Kylie and Mike were very professional and helpful. I felt they gave me an honest assessment of my issues and resolved the problem as best as could be done.
Micah was very professional and worked diligently to get our appliances repaired. Very happy! Definitely recommend Mr. Appliance!
Great service, reasonable price! Friendly technician. Overall great experience! Will use them in the future for my appliances!
Edwin was awesome! On time, fixed the problem quickly and was very pleasant. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so.
We have used Mr. Appliance twice and both times, our technician showed up as planned, was professional and fixed our appliances (first time it was the dryer and the second was out range). I would recommend them and will use them again.
Tyler was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and took his time assessing this issue, resolving and providing solutions.

Jeffery was right on time, courteous, and very knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part replaced and was finished up within an hour. My oven is baking beautifully again.
Great service, I definitely recommend this business.
Edwin was very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me the price.
Measure of a company isn’t how they handle things when it’s smooth sailing, it’s what they do when in a rough patch. Our service tech was absolutely wonderful. A wrong part was ordered and instead of leaving me high and dry for another week he made some phone calls, put in some extra effort and got my oven fixed…
I highly recommend.
Very fast and accurate repair of a gas range.
Edwin is very knowledgeable and alway helpful. We had him a couple of years ago as well. This time he was training another person and that person seemed to do a great job as well and was very courteous.
Very professional. Highly recommend.
Edwin is the best! We always call Mr Appliance of Cary for our appliance repairs.

Tyler is extremely polite and personable. Would definitely Use him again.
Professional, quick to respond, on time and (Kylie) did a great job. The bottom element in my oven had gone bad. I will continue to use this company and won’t hesitate to recommend to others.
My technician was Edwin Hines and he was marvelous! He was friendly, quick and efficient and I actually enjoyed his time fixing my stove. Thank you Edwin!
Our service person was very knowledgeable and displayed excellent customer service skills.
Mr. Hines with Mr. Appliance was very professional and knowledgeable. He was courteous and respectful of my property. I would not just recommend the company but would request Mr. Hines as my technician.
Julian was very knowledgeable about the repair that needed to be done. Mr Appliance was very good about keeping us in the loop with regard to parts becoming available and technician arrival time. If I have another need for an appliance repair, or actually any type of repair that they do, I would use them without…
excellent service and very professional..came when they said they would, completed what they said they would at the price quoted. Overall excellent.
They figured out what was wrong with my oven very quickly and were able to fix it 2 weeks earlier than originally estimated. The repair guy, Julian, was very friendly and efficient.
Came out and reviewed our oven to figure out the problem. Was told that probably could not be completed before Christmas but then when we called back to schedule, they were able to get it in before. Worker was very professional and answered my questions. Very happy with the work.
I am quite satisfied that I chose Mr Appliance. Gian Carlo and Vineet were pros at their job and attentive to detail. I can understand why people recommended Mr Appliance. They will be my first choice for any future repairs.
While I was surprised when our oven decided to burn everything, I wasn't surprised when our repairman arrived as I had Edwin's picture before hand. He was great at gathering all the details and had the part on order quickly. The next week (Part availability being the driving factor) when Edwin had an issue, the…
We had a pleasant experience both times we used Mr. Appliance. Julian, one of their technicians, is very professional, courteous, and has great communication skills. Thank you again!
Charleston was very professional as he fixed a mess caused by the incompetence of an unqualified repairmen (from a different company) that my home warranty company sent my way. Great job, Charleston and Mr. Appliance!! Much appreciated!
We received same day service from Mr. Appliance by Keith the technician for our refrigerator/freezer. The diagnostics indicated we needed a new inverter board. Keith unfortunately did not have one on the truck. He contacted his colleague Jake who indicated he had one and Jake would be willing to service our repair…
Had a great experience with Mr Appliance of Cary! The situation was complicated because it was a rental repair during covid. Even though there was some miscommunication with the tenant and this missed appointments, Mr Appliance was gracious to not assess fees for the inconvenience and got the repair done well in…
Jake was on time, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about what we needed to have done to repair the control panel on our stove. Would definitely recommend him and Mr. Appliance to anyone!
