Everything went great !! from the first phone call when booking and then I called back to ask if they could use our own new part for the repair, and they said yes. And the repairman was great too!!
My technician was Mr. Hines and he did a great job! I had my washer and dryer installed and repaired within a little under an hour. He was efficient and I’ve had no problems with my appliances since the installation/repair.
Great service, very responsive and thorough. Tyler was our technician and he did a fantastic job checking over our microwave to find out why it was kicking off. He also gave us some great advice about our dryer. We'll definitely be calling Mr Appliance again when we have more appliance trouble!

The whole team was great! Ida got me on the schedule quickly . Tyler the technician was fabulous. He and his trainee were very professional, and efficient. They took care of my dryer issue quickly. Can’t say enough about these guys they were great
The kind man who represented the company called to say that he was on his way to my house. The call was as planned and he was right on time. He was very professional and got right to work seeing why the dryer was not drying the clothes. In a short time he found the problem and fixed it right away.
