Mr. Appliance of Cary

I have used Mr. Appliance many times and I am always satisfied. They diagnose, and fix, the problem promptly and I never had to call them back. I have referred friends and everyone is as pleased as I am.

Kylie and Mike were very professional and helpful. I felt they gave me an honest assessment of my issues and resolved the problem as best as could be done.

Our 28-year old Maytag washing machine suddenly stopped working. The problem was a faulty starter switch and a burned out fuse. The fix was not expensive, and we did not need to buy a new unit to replace our stacked washer-dryer

I called here to get help repairing my LG washing machine, Kiley came out the same day to do a diagnostic. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Cary. I had my 17 yr old washing machine repaired professionally and efficiently by their service technician, Tim. He was able to diagnose and repair in one visit since he had the needed part in his truck inventory. Customer service is A-Plus!!

After assessing which part I needed for my washer, the technician found that it was no longer made from the manufacturer. I have used this company a number of times and have been very satisfied with their service. Julian, the repairman did an excellent job. Unfortunately it was the computer boards that went out on my washer and would be too expensive to replace them considering how old the washer is. I will be looking to buy a more basic less electronic washer to replace it.
