Never fun when an appliance breaks, but glad Mr. Appliance was able to help. Communication was fantastic and technician was polite and knowledgeable. Replacement part came in fast and happy with my repair. Great company!

Repair Technician Greg was very professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem quickly, then retrieved the part and fixed my dishwasher. Fast, and competent service at a fair price.

Greg was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem, went to the wear house to get the necessary part, and then returned to install the part. He notified me about what the issue was, told me the cost of the repair, then with my agreement, fixed the problem. I was very happy!

The repairman was quite delayed but they had good communication to let me know the status of him arriving. Repair was quick and he showed me how to clean the problematic part to avoid unnecessary repairs in the future. Would definitely use them again.

Nick is friendly with professional knowledge and manners. He took extra steps to mount our dishwasher level and stable with mounting brackets on top of fixed problem we asked for. This is something other pluming company told us to contact “Handyman business” for it. Dishwasher is back to running good too, we are very happy about all.

Nick Webster did the dishwasher drain pump replacement flawlessly (again). The unit was not draining properly so he brought the 2nd replacement pump and installed it. Had another repair company look at my dishwasher 3 times and did not address the issue. Nick with Mr Appliance actually took off the panel, did a diagnostic test and spoke with the tech rep. He found the problem and fixed it. Another satisfied customer. Will definitely use them again.

Scheduling was easier. Technician showed up at the scheduled time and was very efficient and competent. He gave me accurate information and got everything working for me quickly.

Nick Webster did the dishwasher drain pump replacement flawlessly. Service was to be performed between 9AM - 11AM however he arrived at 11:10AM .... due to in part the steady rain driving conditions, which was excusable. Job was completed in 1 hour or so.

Robert came early and knew from experience what the issues were with both our GE dishwasher and microwave. He was beyond helpful honestly making the best recommendation for me in my situation as a sometimes DIYer. Saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars on both units. Fully satisfied!

Mr. Appliance did original repair check up, needed part that was ordered. When part couldn't be found after 4 months Mr. Appliance installed the new dishwasher

Excellent service - plenty of pre-visit contact with serviceperson's picture, updates as to arrival time. Greg did a great job, fixed the dishwasher and even cleaned out some of the crud underneath. Will use them again.

A bit pricey. $149.00 to level and secure to new cabinets.

Repair took over 1 week to schedule and fairly expensive to implement

Tori was very professional and likeable. He troubleshooted the issue and was thorough so as not to make a premature decision that would have cost me a lot of money. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance for repairs of appliances as they are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. One of the best repair experiences I could have!
