When the appointment was being made I was told the service fee was $125 and that it would be applied towards the service. Jammie was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the issue prepare a written repair estimate which was acceptable and agreed upon. Jammie had all of the parts needed for the repair on the truck and completed the repair's in a timely manner.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient trying to hear the noise. When he did not hear the noise he took the dryer apart and found the damaged wheel.

Mr Robert Smith, technician, did an outstanding job. Quick and professional. Kept me informed on what he was doing and made suggestions on maintaining a proper running dryer. Needed to clean out exhaust vent but wet conditions on roof delayed this effort. I will be calling Mr. Appliance back to complete the cleaning in the near future.

The serviceman showed up and got straight to work. He had just installed his last heating element and had to go to the warehouse for a new one, but picked it up quickly and got back to work. I'm very pleased with how quickly they got my dryer working again.
