Mr Robert Smith, technician, did an outstanding job. Quick and professional. Kept me informed on what he was doing and made suggestions on maintaining a proper running dryer. Needed to clean out exhaust vent but wet conditions on roof delayed this effort. I will be calling Mr. Appliance back to complete the cleaning in the near future.

The serviceman showed up and got straight to work. He had just installed his last heating element and had to go to the warehouse for a new one, but picked it up quickly and got back to work. I'm very pleased with how quickly they got my dryer working again.

He took the time to listen to a video I had made of the problem, and because of his knowledge and skill, he was able to diagnose and repair the problem very quickly. Mr. Appliance (Nick Webster) repaired 2 freezer ice makers and our dryer which had a couple of problems. Nick was prompt, very thorough, gave an estimate of the cost, cleaned up everything and made sure everything was fixed properly and safely. He explained owner maintenance needs to make sure lint was cleaned from the dryer vent.
Got me in quickly and we’re pleasant to speak to. Fixed my broken belt the same day and comes with a one year warranty on any work they do. Would use them again

Luckily, an easy fix that required completely taking off the front of the dryer. But the diagnosis was quick, the work was thorough, and completely cleaned up afterwards.
