Ice machine still making loud rattling noise. Needs to finish job

The lady who took my call was responsive and seemed to care about my problem. The repairman responded a quickly as possible, evaluated the job, gave me an estimate, and did the repair in 45 min. He was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitly use this company again.
Mr. Appliance (Nick Webster) repaired 2 freezer ice makers and our dryer which had a couple of problems. Nick was prompt, very thorough, gave an estimate of the cost, cleaned up everything and made sure everything was fixed properly and safely. He explained owner maintenance needs to make sure lint was cleaned from the dryer vent.
They have done a number of services for me. They were very professional, answered any questions I asked very nice. They are my go to if I need any appliance repair.

Was on time an did quality work. Diagnosed issue quickly and resolved. Job took 30 minutes to complete or less. Replaced water valve on ice maker. Price of the part is less than $35. Labor was $300+. Great service. Arrived on time, pleasant & professional. Diagnosed problem quickly and explained it fully. Returned promptly with part to repair ice maker and answered all my follow-up questions. Will definitely use Mr. Appliance in the future.
