The Techs were very professional, timely, and courteous. Fixed our 20 year old stove, for a fair price. Couldn't repair the Microwave because repair parts were not available due to its age.

If you are looking for a decently priced repair on your microwave then I would look somewhere else. They have a pricing policy where you pay $125 for the service call or the cost of the repair. Company: very professional and very communicative. Technician: Nick was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Came out to look at the built-in microwave and told us what it needed, ordered the parts and when he came back to install them, he showed us that the old parts were bad. 5 stars only because I can’t do 10.

Robert came early and knew from experience what the issues were with both our GE dishwasher and microwave. He was beyond helpful honestly making the best recommendation for me in my situation as a sometimes DIYer. Saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars on both units. Fully satisfied!

Microwave oven assessment was done with the resulting diagnostic tests showing only a failed diode. A new diode is about $12. Yet the recommendation was for a new diode and a new Magnetron.
