Aaron was kind, personable, and successfully repaired our microwave in a matter of no time.
Frank was absolutely great! Respectful of everything in my home and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. A week later he came back and fixed my appliance within an hour. Highly recommend!
Excellent microwave repair. Like new. Thanks Mr Appliance!
Nic was great. Work wa well done. But the cost was too high.
Microwave stopped heating. Mr. appliance came when they said they would and fixed it the same day as diagnosis! Friendly and professional.
Your technician was very helpful and pleasant to talk to when we asked questions.
Friendly technician who seemed knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem.
Technician Aaron Sullivan was superb troubleshooting and solving the issue. He is commended for his professionalism and positive attitude. He is a valuable asset to the organization and should be recognized for his efforts. I will definitely use your organization again if needed plus I will refer you to others I…
Fast service,
Mr. Appliance was very efficient and showed up as promised. I was extremely pleased with them.
The Techs were very professional, timely, and courteous. Fixed our 20 year old stove, for a fair price. Couldn't repair the Microwave because repair parts were not available due to its age.
Very prompt and courteous service.
If you are looking for a decently priced repair on your microwave then I would look somewhere else. They have a pricing policy where you pay $125 for the service call or the cost of the repair. This sounds fine until they tell you that to repair your $250 microwave would cost nearly $500. We were pretty shocked at…
Great work. Great service. Thanks.
Great service !
Company: very professional and very communicative. Technician: Nick was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Came out to look at the built-in microwave and told us what it needed, ordered the parts and when he came back to install them, he showed us that the old parts were bad. 5 stars only because I can’t do 10.
Robert came early and knew from experience what the issues were with both our GE dishwasher and microwave. He was beyond helpful honestly making the best recommendation for me in my situation as a sometimes DIYer. Saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars on both units. Fully satisfied!
Pinpointed the problem, ordered the part and made the repair. Quick, fast and out the door. Great Job!
Microwave oven assessment was done with the resulting diagnostic tests showing only a failed diode. A new diode is about $12. Yet the recommendation was for a new diode and a new Magnetron. I can accept this since most OEMs would recommend the magnetron replacement as well. They tend to go bad over time. A new OEM…
Greg from Mr. Appliance has done a great job for us on three separate occasions so far this year. He is always very professional, timely, and efficient. The customer service team at Mr. Appliance is great as well. Highly recommend!
Easy to schedule an appointment. On day of appointment, you get a text with the name and photo of your tech and a courtesy call was made within 30 minutes of tech arrival. Tech (Greg) used shoe covers even after he used his rug to clean his shoes and was very professional. He also cleaned up before leaving. Did not…
