The repairman, Jamal, was exceptional and fast at troubleshooting a cooling fan repair. He was courteous and got the job done in a professional way.
Fantastic service and expertise. Full confidence and trust with this group and the quality of service and care. Costs on par with other service companies and they warranty their work. They originally came out to diagnose the original double oven and then recently installed the new one.

We’ve been working with Mr. Appliance and our warranty with our oven. Each time they have come out they have been super polite and answer any questions to the best of their ability.
Was very nice and knowledgeable gentleman. Put on his shoe cover before entering and brought floor cover to protect floor as he took stove apart to see the problem. After telling me about the problem answering my question he went and got the part need to do repair. Returned and fixed my stove! Was awesome experience would recommend them!!

Was extremely professional; this particular range is very unusual model and he was able to fix and repair with an extension knowledge of these type ranges. Have had a couple of other repairmen in the area and they couldn’t diagnose the problem. They will have my business from now on.

Extremely helpful, took the time to explain what was wrong. They were very knowledgeable , they came with all the tools necessary to do the repair in one visit, their price estimate/ actual cost was 1/3 the estimate of another vendor in town!

Kenneth knew exactly what he was doing and was fast at repairing/replacing our oven part. He actually came earlier than the projected time window they gave for that day but the new time worked out better with my schedule anyways. I would definitely recommend this company.
