The repairman, Jamal, was exceptional and fast at troubleshooting a cooling fan repair. He was courteous and got the job done in a professional way.
Fantastic service and expertise. Full confidence and trust with this group and the quality of service and care. Costs on par with other service companies and they warranty their work. They originally came out to diagnose the original double oven and then recently installed the new one.
Very nice and friendly service man. Did his job and cleaned up after himself
Honest, knowledgeable and professional service.
Frank was awesome! Super efficient and knowledgeable!
Robert was courteous and well educated about what might have caused my oven door to crack. He replaced it and even had a special mat to collect any glass that he removed. Great job.
Excellent service! They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with my stove quickly, and had it fixed in no time. Very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Dakota did a great job diagnosing and fixing our oven!

Best repair company in town. Highly receommend them.
The Techs were very professional, timely, and courteous. Fixed our 20 year old stove, for a fair price. Couldn't repair the Microwave because repair parts were not available due to its age.
Awesome service!
Kenneth fixed my Kitchen-aid oven. He arrived on time, went right to work, diagnosed and made the repair quickly and expertly. He is the only one who is qualified to work on ALL types and models of appliances. Highly recommend him to all. He was neatly dressed and professional. I couldn’t be happier. Ask for Kenneth!!!
We love Matthew. He is very professional and works good with my very friendly big dog.
The company was very responsive on setting up an appointment and the guy who came to my house was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable, and quickly repaired my oven. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service and friendly professionals.
Very professional work. Did a great job. Covered his shoes. Cleaned up after himself. All around great job. I used them before on my dryer. Still working
Was extremely professional; this particular range is very unusual model and he was able to fix and repair with an extension knowledge of these type ranges. Have had a couple of other repairmen in the area and they couldn’t diagnose the problem. They will have my business from now on.
Replaced oven heating element. Very good and timely service. Much cheaper than buying a new oven.
Spot on time, friendly, clean, and quick!
Extremely helpful, took the time to explain what was wrong. They were very knowledgeable , they came with all the tools necessary to do the repair in one visit, their price estimate/ actual cost was 1/3 the estimate of another vendor in town!
Kenneth and the team in the office are all so professional and communicative!
We found Mr. Appliance to be very professional, responsive & knowledgeable. Kenneth was exceptional with a great work ethic. It was nice to finally see repair personnel with an upbeat attitude, along with sense of responsibility.

Kenneth knew exactly what he was doing and was fast at repairing/replacing our oven part. He actually came earlier than the projected time window they gave for that day but the new time worked out better with my schedule anyways. I would definitely recommend this company.
I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. They scheduled the repair quickly and the repairman (Christian) was knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely do business with them again.
Tori was great, knew problem right away. Delay waiting on parts due to China Communist Party virus, but not Mr. Appliance's fault. Everything great.
