Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. He is a model employee for others to emulate.
Aaron was WONDERFUL. Whoever makes the schedule could use some work though. I was told 10-2 then the time was changed to 12-2 and he still wasn’t here at the quoted time. I was told 30-45 min and it was another hour. Aaron was great though, zero complaints- whoever was responsible for the appointment time cost me an…

I would not recommend this company. Too expensive.

Chris did great. There's way too many electronics in these new appliances for an easy diagnosis anymore. The control board was common enough for Chris to…

Icemaker was out on my GE Refrigerator and everything was working except the actual making ice part 😂 Chris with Mr Appliance came and he had made a handy little tool to unfreeze the frozen line that was hidden from me. Easy-peasy. Thanks Chris! I enjoyed meeting you and your disposition.
Got a quote for a 3-year-old refrigerator that wouldn’t cool. The quote came back at $550. With that quote, I did 30 seconds of Googling, a $27 part purchase on Amazon, and a 20-minute installation, and the fridge now works. Additionally, Costco sells brand-new refrigerators for $499.00 plus tax. I fully…
My refrigerator was struggling to keep cool and I was thinking I might have to replace it. I called Mr. Appliance instead and they fixed my refrigerator for a fraction of the price a replacement would have been.
