Chris repaired our fridge in no time. Arrived earlier than scheduled and had the part for replacement.

The guy I got (Nic) was super awesome. Super respectful, talked to me the whole time (I wanted to talk) and told me each step of the way what he was doing. And the fact that I called and got someone out there within 48 hours was awesome. Great guy and great service, highly recommend.

Chris came by and did service for my freezer that had a defrost drain clog. He cleared that out and defrosted my condenser so my refrigerator is now running properly. He was friendly, on time, explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. Overall a great experience.

Outrageously overpriced! They wanted to charge me $345.00 to replace a $70.00 water filter for a whoorpool refrigerator. I cancelled the service!

Chris came a few minutes early, which was fine with us. He got right to work, retrieved the old water filter and had the new one installed, all within minutes. He also ran the water dispenser until he was satisfied it was working properly.

I called about an ice maker that had stopped working! Cara, in the office was very nice, friendly and professional! She was able to make an appointment for the next morning! Replaced ice maker in Samsung refrigerator

Robert was the service tech that came and needed to replace the icemaker on our refrigerator. He was very professional. It was also very nice to know that they offer a military / first responder discount. If any appliance breaks down again Mr. Appliance will be the first call we make for service.

We had a warranty issue with a new fridge. They came out 2 days earlier than they originally scheduled, amazing. Josh is their tech, and is incredibly knowledgeable, and great at his job. And he also happens to be a great guy. Give him a raise Mr. Appliance!

Appointment scheduled the next day. Repairman was on time and very professional and friendly. Diagnosed problem and since they had the part we needed he went and picked up the new icemaker, came back and installed it! Within about 2 hours we were back in business!
