You get better prices if you use the friendly app. Wish I had known this before first service bc they know how to diagnose /solve appliance issues by brand.
Courteous and professional service.
Refrigerator was not cooling. Chris replaced a board and the unit is working perfectly. The work was done quickly and saved me from spending thousands of dollars to replace the unit. Mr. Appliance of Huntsville performs quality work and I highly recommend this company.

Robert showed up on time, called to give me an eta and was very knowledgeable about appliance repair. He diagnosed an issue with my refrigerator quickly and also looked at a washing machine and told me what was wrong with it. I just wanted diagnostic services and he was friendly and very helpful.
We found Mr. Appliance to be very professional, responsive & knowledgeable. Kenneth was exceptional with a great work ethic. It was nice to finally see repair personnel with an upbeat attitude, along with sense of responsibility.

On time and made good repair
We were very pleased with he service that we received from Mr. Appliance and will keep them on standby for appliance repairs. The technician actually arrived early and stayed until the problem was resolved. Our freezer was frosting and he made sure that it was in working order until he received the part needed for permanent fix.
