Fantastic service and expertise. Full confidence and trust with this group and the quality of service and care. Costs on par with other service companies and they warranty their work. They originally came out to diagnose the original double oven and then recently installed the new one.
Honest, hard working, and friendly!
Could not have been a better experience. They showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem.
Aaron is great, very polite and professional.
Our GE range oven was not heating up. The online appointment made it easy to schedule a repair date and time. Appreciated a reminder call and picture of technician before the service date, and they were able to move my date earlier. Received notification the technician was on the way and how long before he…
Very good experience overall with Mr Appliance. Great communications throughout, on time, as promised. Highly recommend.
I have had the pleasure of having Aaron with Mr. Appliance come repair my stove a couple of times. Aaron is extremely polite, honest and an all around great human being! If I owned a company, I would promote him so he can spread his joy throughout the company! I can’t say enough about how great this young man is!
Brandon is knowledgeable and thoughtful. He was prompt and efficient and addressed our issues successfully.
Serviceman professional and thorough in correcting the problems we had with our new cafe appliances.
Your representative Jarlon was very pleasant, personable and knew his job! He answered all questions and the repair was done very quickly! We were definitely surprised how professional our experience with Mr. appliance was! And you definitely have a great employee in Jarlon!
Excellent Costomer Service. Mr.Jammie is an outstanding person. Very knowledgeable, helpful and very professional person. I am very delighted about his work.
Robert was fantastic! He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable about our gas cooktop! He took the time to explain the issue, how he would fix it and how to prevent any further issues. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance and Robert!
I have been very pleased so far with the service provided by Mr. Appliance. I am using them via an extended warranty company, so I cannot speak to the cost of their services. I cannot confirm that the issue is resolved yet due to its random nature, but they are courteous, professional and have always arrived within…
Service was great! Fix the problem immediately and provided knowledge of what actually happened.
Robert is great, personable, honest and efficient, he is a jewel. Thank you. Reasonable price. Knowledge and expertise in appliances.
$700 for a safety valve replacement on my oven is overpriced. But the tech who came out was professional, on time, courteous, and explained the problem succinctly. He also fixed the issue quite quickly. Service 10/10, but the cost was excessive.
Awesome
Technician was very knowledgeable. Very polite and personable.
Mr. Appliance went all the way: technician had a hard nut to crack and he didn't give up until we were taken care of and absolutely satisfied. They were willing to work with us and treated us fairly. Customer service is outstanding and rarely seen these days...
Excellent company, same day service!!
Very professional!
The technicians were knowledgeable and very thorough in the diagnostic process. The part was installed quickly and everything was put back in place.
The Electrician was very knowledgeable, professional, kind.
Mike was very knowledgeable and very nice. He came in and fixed my oven within 45 minutes. I will recommend him to my friends and family.
Excellent service and friendly professionals.
Mr. Smith was just outstanding. He responded the same day, worked efficiently, was helpfully informative about care and maintenance, very competent, and best of all, was such a kind soul, caring, friendly, and a model technician. Thank you!
Replaced oven heating element. Very good and timely service. Much cheaper than buying a new oven.
I was impressed the moment the technician appeared at my doorstep. He had his own mat to wipe his shoes off and then put shoe covers on. Loved this attention to detail. The technician was professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing and why and patiently answered my questions about my gas stove-top. I…
Greg was great! He explained the issues with the burner, cleaned them and included detailed instructions on how to maintain. I appreciate his timeliness and professionalism!
Nick, from Mr. Appliance recently came to our home to address some minor issues we were having with our stove and also our refrigerator. He was on-time, very thorough, and also provided detailed explanations to questions we had. We will not hesitate contacting Mr. Appliance for any future repairs we may require. Repair technician was competent and honest.
Kenneth was our primary repair contact and he was diligent and dedicated and very well-versed in our appliances and the nuances of their workings. The problem turned out to be with the manufacturer’s repair guidance, and if it weren’t for Kenneth’s tenacity, we would have had to purchase a new stove/oven.
Greg is awesome. Avoid Sorrel Tech and Samsung.
Technician was professional and office kept me up to date on arrivals.
Very friendly phone personal. They had a technician out the very next morning. Robert was extremely professional and had my oven working in a very short time. He was genuinely a nice guy.
Our technician, Mike, was on time and did a great job fixing our oven, even fighting through the difficulty of getting the double oven out of the cabinet.
He was excellent but my oven still does not go to the temperature I set it to. It is off by 25 or more degrees, even after waiting. The motherboard was changed and the temperature sensor was changed so I don’t know what else could be changed. Update 1 year later: we bought a new oven, same model because no one…
Technician arrived and placed the company’s doormats on the front porch to wipe his shoes off before entering the house. I loved that. He quickly diagnosed the issues of the gas stove top and fixed them.
We've had Mr. Appliance specialists out twice- once to fix our oven (November of '19) and on a recent visit to repair our washing machine. In both occasions we were impressed with their professional conduct, practical advice and trustworthy capabilities. Also, the company's front office is efficient in contacting…
Jeremy was very proficient in the diagnosis & repair of our appliances (ice maker, refrigerator & cooktop). He also gave advice on maintenance of the other appliances to prevent future problems. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone in search of a reputable appliance repair company. They are good with…
