Fantastic service and expertise. Full confidence and trust with this group and the quality of service and care. Costs on par with other service companies and they warranty their work. They originally came out to diagnose the original double oven and then recently installed the new one.

$700 for a safety valve replacement on my oven is overpriced. But the tech who came out was professional, on time, courteous, and explained the problem succinctly. He also fixed the issue quite quickly. Service 10/10, but the cost was excessive.

Repair technician was competent and honest.
Kenneth was our primary repair contact and he was diligent and dedicated and very well-versed in our appliances and the nuances of their workings. The problem turned out to be with the manufacturer’s repair guidance, and if it weren’t for Kenneth’s tenacity, we would have had to purchase a new stove/oven.
