Kenneth was our primary repair contact and he was diligent and dedicated and very well-versed in our appliances and the nuances of their workings. The problem turned out to be with the manufacturer’s repair guidance, and if it weren’t for Kenneth’s tenacity, we would have had to purchase a new stove/oven.
William came on time, analyzed the problem, order the part, and when the part came in replaced it. The washer is working as it did when it was new. Thanks!
