The tech was polite, and professional. They were able to fix my washer on the same day I called so that was great. It thought it was pricey but it may be standard for this area.

Our technician, Chris, was fantastic! He was on time and friendly. He pursued a cost-effective repair to our refrigerator by engaging with the manufacturer’s support desk to ensure he found the root cause. He didn’t replace parts hoping it would fix our problem.

He diagnosed the problem, he quoted me a price to fix it, and he fixed it. Was it expensive, sort of, but at this point when you've got a dead Maytag washer, fixing it for half of what a new one would cost isn't a bad deal.

2nd time we’ve used Mr Appliance and both have been very good experiences. They show up on time and don’t waste time. They found the issue explained it clearly and completed the repair quickly and thoroughly.

Mr Applinace had to come out several times to work on our new Maytag front load washer to correct a faulty part. We appreciated his attention and patience as he worked through the procedures to fix the part, replace the part, and then replace the control board. He was very nice, always on time, and always determined to find out what was going on

Casey was fabulous. He diagnosed the problem with our washer and offered helpful suggestions ans recommendations. He cleaned and serviced our dryer so. I would recommend this company to anyone needing appliance help!

Would not ultimately recommend. Technician has been out 4 different times for the same problem (drainage issues) for washer and replaced ordered parts twice and having to wait on them. Spent $500 on washing machine repair. Problem is now worse. We have to wait another week before they will return. Person on the phone wasn't too concerned that we weren't happy. They did return today and repaired the washing machine. We commend them for that.

Mike came at the agreed appointment time and gave me great information regarding what is wrong with our washer. We chose not to do a repair, but Mike gave really useful information about the best brands to replace with when we are ready. Very satisfied.
