The tech was polite, and professional. They were able to fix my washer on the same day I called so that was great. It thought it was pricey but it may be standard for this area.
Our technician, Chris, was fantastic! He was on time and friendly. He pursued a cost-effective repair to our refrigerator by engaging with the manufacturer’s support desk to ensure he found the root cause. He didn’t replace parts hoping it would fix our problem.
Robert was very professional and extremely knowledgeable... Thank you Mr. Appliance of Huntsville for your amazing Technician!
As always the technician is on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Fair pricing g and quick repairs. I service a 126 Room Hotel and they have been my appliance go guys for a year. Never disappoint. Thanks Hello kitty shirt stuck in motor!!!
He diagnosed the problem, he quoted me a price to fix it, and he fixed it. Was it expensive, sort of, but at this point when you've got a dead Maytag washer, fixing it for half of what a new one would cost isn't a bad deal.
2nd time we’ve used Mr Appliance and both have been very good experiences. They show up on time and don’t waste time. They found the issue explained it clearly and completed the repair quickly and thoroughly.
Mr Applinace had to come out several times to work on our new Maytag front load washer to correct a faulty part. We appreciated his attention and patience as he worked through the procedures to fix the part, replace the part, and then replace the control board. He was very nice, always on time, and always determined to find out what was going on
Casey was fabulous. He diagnosed the problem with our washer and offered helpful suggestions ans recommendations. He cleaned and serviced our dryer so. I would recommend this company to anyone needing appliance help!

Horrible company. My washing machine quit the 2nd week of January. My warranty center made me a next day appointment for Mr. Appliance to come out between 8 -12. Ask for Robert! Mr Appliance of Huntsville was the only local repair service that on a weekend allowed me to schedule an appt.
