Carolyn is a friendly service tech who does excellent work. My GE dryer would not respond when the Start button was pushed. Carolyn diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part and installed it a few days later.
Friendly, knowledgable, thorough, diagnosed problem and had it corrected quickly.

It took 4 visits to get my dryer working (once I corrected the tech who was apparently told it was the washer), but it's so loud now. It sounds like it's in worse condition than before. My neighbors in the building have made comments. I cant do laundry in the morning or at night anymore. Not sure it was worth the…

Mark was very attentive to the problem with my dryer. When the original diagnosis was wrong he took an diagnostic approach and solved the problem.
Carolyn was awesome. Not only did she fix my complicated LG combo W/D she told me how to care for it.
Billy did a great job in a very timely manner. He explained the problem, replaced the part, cleaned up the inner workings of the dryer and then tested everything.
