Excellent communication all around. Todd arrived when he said he would. Very friendly and competent, he diagnosed the problem and implemented a temporary solution to address a design defect.
Mark was amazing, friendly and very helpful. NOW we have ice and it’s been months since our refrigerator made ice. We will MOST CERTAINLY recommend Mark and Mr Appliance to our family and friends. Thank you for your GREAT customer service.
The technicians showed when they said, figured out the issue, ordered the part and came back when they said they would 2 days later to fix it. Nice, on time and knows how to figure out the problem.
David was able to diagnose the problem with our freezer and fixed it quickly. Will use this company again.

Mark, was early and immediately was able to diagnose the problem. He worked quickly, but with great care.
