If you have an appliance that needs repair, look no further than Mr. Appliance. This company is locally owned and has integrity. Their expert team has worked on my wine cooler, Sub Zero fridge and my ice machine. All repaired as promised and very reasonable price. I highly recommend.
Very good communication before the service. Technicians were knowledgeable and explained the issues and concerns before starting work. 15 yr. old Samsung refrigerator with discontinued parts. Worked with our schedules to complete repairs. Will use again if the need arises.
Our repair tech was timely, explained everything that needed to be done e and the cost very clearly. He had to order a part and returned the following week with the part and it only took about 15 minutes to install and to test. Great job Billy!

Repairman was pleasant and efficient. I was unhappy with the way he put the food back in the fridge. He could have at least asked me where the shelves belonged. He could have left the food out so I could put it back where it belonged. Now I have to empty the whole refrigerator and fix the shelves and then replace…

Technician, manager and person answering phone were vey knowledgeable and made suggestions before repairing refrigerator. Checked suggestion but came back to original plan and was very professional.
