What do you need done?

Very pleased with the communication. The guys arrived on time and were great to talk to and watch work.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Mark the technician was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend!!

Very professionally., Got the job done.

Technician was very knowledgeable on my stove. Courteous and you could tell he took pride in his work.

Good communication about appointments and arrival time, very professional and answered all my questions.

Have used Mr. Appliance multiple times and they have always provided excellent service, both in diagnosing and repairing and in the high level of professionalism and courtesy shown.

Showed up early fixed my issue quickly at a decent price and the techs were friendly and professional

Awesome

Mr Appliance does a nice job. The issues are on the manufacturer, not them. Mark spent over an hour with Thermador. The issues are with the oven. It’s going back to Thermador. No fault of the repair company.

We are very pleased with the service we received. It was a smooth process from the time we called to schedule an appointment to the time the repairman left our home.

Billy came to our house exactly on time and did a great repair on our stove/oven! He was clean, courteous, and organized. I will want to use your service again!

Diagnostic side was quick and repair done in timely manner

We were very pleased with the timeliness and response once the problem was indicated.

👍🏼

Professional, timely and friendly staff. We will use them again!

Wonderful service. Earl was great. I will recommend him and the company to everyone.

Other than a snafu with the wrong part being delivered, all went well and would definitely use them again!

Loved the service! Shout out to Liz for recommending them and the service tech Cory Landrum for an awesome professional quick job. He even made sure that everything worked before he left.
