Very nice and helpful
The heating element went out on our Maytag dryer. They had a new one in the truck so that was good. They cleaned the machine and left us with a better dryer than when they arrived. Many thanks.

Diana took our repair call expertly and knowledge of our dryer repair needs. Scheduled our repair for the same afternoon. Curtis installed a factory repair kit carried in all trucks. Nice experienced installation done skillfully. Fair prices.

Mark was our technician…he worked quickly and the price was realistic…he even returned within an hour, when we discovered that the vent had detached from the dryer!

I would absolutely NOT recommend this rip-off of a so-called company! We patiently waited for 2 1/2 months on a part that was never received. We were called every 2 weeks by Mr. Appliance saying the part would arrive. When we finally suggested that they provide us our money back, they were rude, argued immensely…

Hard working, courteous, on time. They fixed the washing machine, but couldn’t find a problem with the dishwasher (only malfunctioning intermittently). They said if it malfunctions again in 30 days another service visit is free. Nice.

Have used these guys several times. Prices are reasonable, they clean up after themselves, and have always been on time. Polite and professional.
Very pleased with Mr. Appliance of Metro Tulsa. They do the basic things that so many of their competitors do not. They call you back, they show up on time, they communicate with you. And their appliance know-how is very good as well.
