My washing machine would not drain. I called Mr. Appliance and was able to get a service call the same day. David , the tech , arrived on time and immediately identified the problem which was the pump. Luckily , he had one in his truck and replaced it . Said there was no hidden fees. They lied. They never fixed my machine. Kept saying needed another part this went on fir four weeks. I could not use my machine for four weeks. Great service and very professional. The tech, Joe, was the most polite and attentive service man we have ever had. He went beyond making sure our washing machine was repaired and working like new.
Highly recommend it!! On time very professional they stood on the quote they even called us when they weren't going to be in which it meant A lot. Reschedule, clean, they even recommended down the road for us to fix the bushings on the washing machine which we will!

Washer had a problem. Bob came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was thorough, polite, professional, and made sure the problem was correctly diagnosed. A very pleasant experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

Curtis was very prompt. He explained what my issue was, installed the necessary part and showed me how it worked. He was extremely nice and i recommend him to anyone needing washer repair
